Zak Group currently has openings for a Graphic Design Intern who will work across the entire team to support the ideation, presentation and delivery of design ideas.

At Zak Group, internships prioritise learning and provide real-world exposure to a wide range of multi-disciplinary design projects. Generally, interns have completed undergraduate studies in graphic design or are currently enrolled in an MA programme. The candidate is enthusiastic about how culture, brands and communities can intersect.

This is a three-month, in-house internship paid at the London Living Wage. Successful applicants are expected to commit full-time for twelve weeks, with a probationary period in the initial four weeks. Zak Group does not accept offers for unpaid internships. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completion of undergraduate studies in graphic design or currently enrolled in an MA programme.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director and project teams to support the office’s work on a wide range of projects.
• Support the ideation, creation, presentation, production and prototyping of design ideas for client projects.
• Support the creation of high-quality design proposals including contributing to image research, visualisations and mockups.
• Learn the Zak Group process to develop and communicate creative design concepts.
• Develop, organise and maintain a library of visual research material.
• Develop expertise in studio software platforms and processes to support office operations.
